I absolutely love music! I cannot go a single day without listening to music. From the time that I wake up until I go to sleep I have music spread out throughout the day. I have playlist for when I need inspiration, motivation, celebrations or just want to relax. Music makes the world go round! In this episode I had the pleasure to interview a Grammy nominated music producer and pick his brain on what its like to navigate the music industry. Nick has an incredible story and not only does he share his grind and hustle that got him nominated for a Grammy but also drops some great advice for those wanting to start a career in the music business.
Nick’s story is a prime example of someone starting from the bottom and raising up through the ranks. He had many choices in his life either to pursue his degree or follow his passion. It was a risk he was willing to take because he listened to his inner self and what would make him happy. There were no guarantees taking this risk, and not knowing if he would ever make it, but with incredible amount of work it all payed off!
Today Nick owns a state of the art music studio in the heart of Atlanta and has a Grammy nomination under his belt. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry and teaches class at Bravo Ocean by mentoring kids who want to get into the music business. You do not want to miss this episode!
